REINZ: New sale and purchase agreement |
For sometime now you will have been using the ADLS/REINZ standard form of agreement for sale and purchase of real estate. From July a new agreement will be launched by REINZ.
This is not a new version of the old form. It is a totally new agreement with a new format, new language and new processes. It will be important for you to come up to speed with the new agreement very quickly.
Alexander Dorrington has been running workshops and seminars on the new form. They are offering seminars to our clients. These will be held at the offices of Withers Tsang. If you would like to be involved please simply reply by email to accountants@wt.co.nz. We will let you know when and where they will be happening. If you know of anyone else who you think would like to be involved please invite them to let us know.
